No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.
All appointments booked online require payment at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed through approved third-party providers.
On The Lighter Note LLC does not directly store or access credit card information.
We understand that schedules change, and we aim to be fair while protecting reserved appointment time.
If a booking is canceled more than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled appointment, the client will receive a full refund.
If a booking is canceled within three (3) business days but more than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment, a $25 administrative cancellation fee will be retained by On The Lighter Note LLC, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If a booking is canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment, the payment is non-refundable, but the amount paid will be issued as a credit toward a future session.
This credit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.
Rescheduling requests must be made by email or phone.
Rescheduling is not considered a cancellation and is encouraged whenever possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
We stand behind the quality of our physical products.
Physical products may be returned for a 100% refund of the purchase price for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.
