Our Grounding & Balancing for Stress Reduction Sessions are designed to restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.

This immersive experience combines guided meditation, energy work, and the soothing yet powerful vibration of the Earth’s home tone — OM — to help you reconnect, release stress, and return to center. Through gentle instruction, clients are introduced to clairvoyant tools for grounding and energetic clearing while relaxing into a deeply restorative state. During your session, Rev. Stout performs a comprehensive aura and chakra clearing and balancing as you rest comfortably on our specialized sound healing bed.

While you relax, the tuning fork frequencies of the Acutonics® system which have been recorded into the SpiritTec system are transmitted through our custom vibroacoustic table. Bass shakers and transducers beneath the table transform it into a vibratory surface, allowing your body to feel sound as therapeutic vibration. These frequencies travel through the table and into the body. Combined with the peaceful ambient music played through overhead speakers, the session provides a fully immersive sound healing experience that supports nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and deep relaxation.

Rev. Stout also applies acoustic tuning forks directly to the body and energy field. Using specific acupuncture points and the 8 Extraordinary Vessels, this needle-free approach to acupuncture supports the meridian system and encourages whole-body balance. Acutonics® works with planetary frequencies to promote harmony within all physical, mental, emotional and energetic systems.

This extended session incorporates nine OM intervals using Acutonics® tuning forks, ascending in the Fibonacci sequence to amplify resonance and energetic coherence. After the fourth interval of the Fibonacci sequence, the Acutonics® Mars and Venus tuning forks are used along with Clairvoyant energy work techniques to balance the Chakra system. The experience also includes gong immersion using the LOW OM 40" gong (68.05 Hz), allowing even deeper relaxation and vibrational integration. With additional time for the body to settle into stillness, this session encourages homeostasis, rejuvenation, stress reduction, and the body’s natural capacity for self-healing.

SESSION LENGTH:

This session is about 60 to 90 minutes long with intake and debrief. 

The Om Octaves Grounding & Balancing for Stress Reduction Session follows the same foundational approach as the Full Fibonacci Session in a shorter, focused format. In this LITE version, Rev. Stout works with three octaves of OM using Acutonics® tuning forks rather than the nine Fibonacci intervals. This service still offers a condensed Chakra balancing with LITE Gong work. While more concise in length, this session remains deeply restorative and energetically powerful. Designed for those seeking grounding, clarity, and recalibration within a shorter timeframe, this offering still supports nervous system relaxation, energetic alignment, and overall balance.
