About Us

Our mission

Our mission is to support humanity in the quest for spiritual evolution, assisting those who desire something more — a deeper connection. We facilitate a space where individuals can explore themselves deeply and expand beyond personal blockages. Addiction can be restrictive to the spiritual evolution process and detrimental to one’s overall well-being. Rev. Stout prioritizes sessions that support individuals on their addiction recovery journey through spiritual guidance and peer-based support. There is no charge for the first session offered to individuals seeking support related to substance use, and scholarships are available for additional sessions. Our mission is to support as many individuals as possible in moving beyond addiction, helping them recognize their innate beauty, power, and gifts while freeing themselves from limiting patterns. Our services are spiritual and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek professional care when needed.

Our staff & volunteers

Rev. Pepique Stout is the founder and sole practitioner at On The Lighter Note. With education background in energy healing, Acutonics® tuning fork healing, clairvoyant deprogramming and trace mediumship, he provides a unique and powerful experience which can support deep transformational healing. Rev. Stout volunteers his time and expertise to assisting those with drug and alcohol addiction problems at NO CHARGE. With over a decade of personal sobriety, peer-based sobriety coaching and spiritual evolution experience, Rev. Stout is an exceptionally qualified guide for those who are ready to begin their own healing path. Galactic Frequency Healing sessions are designed specifically for drug and alcohol addiction recovery support, stress reduction and consciousness expansion.

" I’ve known Rev. Stout for 30 years and have always appreciated his innate kindness and awareness of others and all the energies and vibrations we live in. I was fortunate enough to receive an acutonics session that also incorporated crystals and trance work.

My focus was releasing old patterns and allowing myself to let go of old habits and emotional dependencies that aren’t doing myself or anyone else any good. To surrender to the good and new that is available. On a sensory level this session was both comforting and surprising as I felt both itchy and as if I was shedding skin. I could feel old sad issues leaving my psyche. I finally felt able to let go of things that have been heavy on my shoulders and heart.

I had set my attention to stay lucid and clear but instead found myself descending into shadowlands of old except this time I was not afraid. This time through was also forward. This time the old muck didn’t pull me under. I felt able to lay down what isn’t Mine to carry. I felt good will toward those I must part with. I felt no anger but lightness and hope. I also felt clear and free of junk I’ve been dragging a long time.

Much of the fork work is done on hands and feet and cranium which is pleasant & intense.

At the end there was also crystal work done with naval and entire hara. Profound.

You feel your original umbilical cord back into all of the meridians and paths of electricity through your body and then back through the ages. To say it’s a rush would be to grossly understate. Bottom line for me, this was such beautiful work I would want all of my loved ones to experience this.
